Description:
This continuing education course is approved by the Office of Public Safety and Inspections (OPSI) for renewal of a 1B Hoisting License. Operators may operate all equipment having telescoping boom and wire rope, and equipment listed in class 1C, 1D, 4B, 4C, 4E, and 4F. Students MUST possess a valid MA Hoisting Engineer's License to receive Continuing Education credits. This course, combined with the Mass Hoisting and Regulatory course, is 2 hours long, per 230 CMR 6.00.
