Description:
This continuing education course is approved by the Office of Public Safety and Inspections (OPSI) for renewal of a 2A Hoisting License. Operators may operate crawler and rubber-tired excavators, backhoes and loaders in class 2A as well as any machinery listed in 2B, 2C, and 2D restrictions. Students MUST possess a valid MA Hoisting Engineer's License to receive Continuing Education credits. This course, combined with the Mass Hoisting and Regulatory course, is 2 hours long, per 230 CMR 6.00.
